OTRS::ITSM is the first ITIL compliant and Open Source IT service
management solution.
Remember, before installing the packages you need to install the
corresponding OTRS framework, which is OTRS 2.3.
Depending on the internet connection available to your OTRS you need to
download the following OTRS::ITSM packages.
If your OTRS is connected to the internet, you only need to install the
following two packages via the OTRS package manager (in the admin interface):

package manager.
If your OTRS is not connected to the internet, you need to
